About

The National Ocean Sciences Bowl is a multifaceted, 5-member competition that is held annually at various prestigious facilities nationwide. It challenges student knowledge of marine-based: biology, chemistry, geography, geology, marine policy, physical oceanography, social science, and technology through a buzzer-style competition that also incorporates a cooperatively written free-response section. The Mark Keppel team meets on a weekly basis as much as possible in order to prepare for this vivid competition.
